Architectural Draftsperson/BIM modeler

BAS1S Architecture + Design is a small, nimble firm focusing on housing, hospitality and commercial design in Northern Colorado for over 23 years. We seek to improve the built environment by creating functional, inspirational spaces while maintaining a high standard of thoroughness and clarity in our work.

BAS1S is looking for a full-time, permanent position candidate with BIM modeling skills that is excited about working in ArchiCAD by Graphisoft with a team of architects on a variety of projects.

Qualifications

Proficiency with BIM modeling software: Revit, ArchiCAD etc

Understanding of wood frame construction.

Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel along Front Range, including mountain towns (Estes Park in particular)

Comfortable obtaining field measurements in existing structures and creating ‘as-builts’

Ability to work independently and organize questions for focused direction
