Working with a developer with a shared vision, we designed a market-rate affordable project nestled into an infill lot within walking distance to downtown Longmont. The site is not only ideal for its walkability, it is one block from the northern terminus of Longmont’s new Coffman Street Multi-modal corridor and BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) route connecting Longmont to Boulder and beyond.
