RMC Workforce Apartments
Rocky Mountain Conservancy (RMC) is the non-profit partner of Rocky Mountain National Park, more typically associated with land donation, trail improvement, education and stewardship. A land donation not contiguous but close to RMNP led to an exploration of the feasibility of providing much needed housing for people associated with RMC’s mission. While a large property, most of the area was too steep to develop, leading to the design of four units in two buildings built into the hillside with parking below.

Modern Efficiency
Each unit consists of four bedrooms that may be occupied for varying periods of time by those in service to the park. While compact, each bedroom is provided a workspace alcove, along with a soothing view.
